The building provides a high quality facility for the sale and servicing of  motor vehicles. Construction includes steel roof structure supported by tilt-up concrete panels and a steel framed mezzanine area for storage and staff training areas.

Civil design included a road way, car parks, vehicle display areas and stormwater drainage.
